Caring for your Creation

Guidance and advice on caring for your jewellery and mementoes are found in the FAQ.

These are cutting edge piece of jewellery and due to the compounds they are made with they should be treated with great care.

Failure may result in your creation being damaged over time and/or fittings becoming detached.

Refunds and Returns

All faults/damages must be reported of receipt of your creation.  If we receive no communication within seven days, then the jewellery is deemed to be in full working order, with no problems.

Each creation is handmade and although we will endeavour to replicate your purchase to the sample you chose, there will be slight differences in appearance.  Please also note that the resin tinting of your creation may not always be exactly as it appears online.  Each resin tint is handmade, and slight colour variations and possible air bubbles may be evident.

Please further note, breastmilk colour varies from mother to mother, therefore your end product will reflect that.

As each creation is your personal breastmilk or any other inclusion, we are unable to accept any refunds, or offer any returns.

Grandmother Turtle is not responsible for any losses or damages to your creation, irrespective of the age of it.  Guidance on caring for your creation is provided, and as such, we cannot be held responsible for how you wear or use your creation.
